2014年11月6日，美国爱科集团（纽约证交所交易代码：AGCO）与Appareo Systems公司于美国乔治亚州德卢斯市宣布双方已就成立合资企业事项达成一致意见，目标是在现有的IAS（智能化农业解决方案）架构基础上实现突破性农业科技创新。此项合作的重点将是致力于满足客户在数据收集、无线通讯、先进传感器以及智能机械控制方面对更先进的电子技术所产生的需求。双方拟将成立的合资企业借力于爱科的新一代精准农业和精准农机管理战略——Fuse™ Technologies。Appareo将通过研发、构造知识产权(IP)以及发展先进的技术概念在合作中发挥作用，而具体的工作则通过爱科高科技解决方案实施展开。
未来的合资企业将针对多个领域开发新技术，包括先进机械控制系统、传感应用、自动化子系统、机械故障预测与机械健康监测、特殊蛋白质及谷物控制系统，以及创新型电动机械设备及系统的设计开发。这将成为爱科和Appareo Systems 提供推广先进技术与设备管理解决方案的重要手段，进而得以为丰富多样的谷物类型和全球范围的农业市场提供更加有力的支持。
